About

A Manufacturer Focused on Pajamas

Pajamas, sleepwear and loungewear are what this operation is built around. That focus shows in fabric knowledge, construction detail and fit.

Who We Are

The factory behind the brand

PajamaWorks is the sleepwear brand of Dongguan Hualingniao Apparel, a garment manufacturer established in 2006 in Dongguan, Guangdong, China.

That matters for a practical reason rather than a promotional one: when you talk to us you are talking to the people who run the production line, not to an intermediary placing your order elsewhere. Questions about fabric, construction, tolerances and what went wrong on a particular bundle get answered by the people who can see the answer.

From the Founder

How we came to specialise in sleepwear

We started making garments in Dongguan in 2006. Sleepwear was not the plan — it was what we turned out to be best at, and it is where we have gone deepest ever since.

What I have learned in that time is that the hard part of this business is not sewing. It is repeatability. Anyone can make one good sample. Making the four-thousandth piece match the sample you approved eight months ago is the whole job, and it is the reason we keep sealed samples, retain patterns and measure bulk against a fixed standard rather than against last month's shipment.

The second thing I have learned is that buyers are rarely let down by a factory that says no. They are let down by a factory that says yes to everything and explains the problem after the fabric is cut. So we would rather tell you early which part of your idea will not work at your price or your quantity, even when that costs us the order.

If you are building a sleepwear brand, we would like to be the part of it you never have to worry about.

What We Stand For

Four things we will not trade away

Each of these is something you can hold us to elsewhere on this site, not a slogan.

  • 01

The sealed sample is the contract

Bulk is measured against the sample you approved, not against a description of it and not against the last run. It is the only way a repeat order still looks like the first one.

  • 02

    Limitations stated before the order

Every capability page on this site has a section on what it cannot do. A constraint you hear during quotation is a conversation; the same constraint discovered in production is a loss.

  • 03

One factory, not a chain of hands

Cutting, sewing, decoration, finishing, labelling and packing happen in our own facility, so there is always someone who can actually answer what went wrong on a specific bundle.

  • 04

No numbers we cannot stand behind

We do not publish capacity, defect rates or lead times we have not verified. Where a figure appears on this site, we can show you where it comes from.

Who We Work With

The buyers this factory is set up for

If none of these describe you, say so anyway — it is quicker for both of us to find that out during the first conversation.

Brands launching a first sleepwear range
You have designs or references and need someone to take them through patterns, fit and a first production run without treating you as a nuisance for ordering modest quantities.
Established brands adding sleepwear
You already sell another category well and need a specialist for the one where soft fabrics, generous fits and next-to-skin comfort change the rules.
Retailers building an own-brand line
You need retail-ready product under your own label, arriving folded, tagged and packed so it does not have to be re-handled in your warehouse.
Brands moving away from a supplier
You have a product that works and a factory that no longer does. Send the garment; reproducing an existing fit faithfully is a normal request here.
