Information we collect

When you request a quote, we collect the details you choose to provide, including your name, business contact information, company, country, product requirements, quantity, message and any reference file. We also collect limited source context such as the page you came from, referrer and campaign parameters so the sales team can understand the inquiry.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to evaluate your manufacturing request, prepare a response, communicate about sampling or production, protect the form from abuse and maintain necessary business records. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages or uploaded files to website analytics.

Service providers

Cloudflare delivers the website, verifies Turnstile challenges and stores optional inquiry files in a private R2 bucket. Resend delivers inquiry notification emails. These providers process information only as needed to provide those services and under their own data-protection terms.

Files and security

Inquiry attachments are not placed in the public media bucket and the website exposes no public download route for them. Access is limited to the systems and people needed to review the inquiry. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention and your choices

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for inquiry handling, business records, dispute prevention and applicable legal obligations. You may ask the sales team responding to your inquiry to correct or delete information where applicable.
