We manufacture sleepwear for brands and retailers rather than selling it ourselves. That distinction shapes everything on this page: there are no prices or stock levels here, because what you are buying is a development and production capability, and both depend on what you want to make.

Most projects begin one of two ways — with a technical pack, or with a garment you want something similar to. Either is a valid starting point. From there the work is the same: choose a fabric that suits the silhouette, get the pattern right, sample until the fit is approved on a washed sample, then reproduce that sample accurately at quantity.

Private Label

Retail-ready under your brand

Private label is not a finishing step. Woven labels, care labels and hang tags each have their own artwork approval and their own production time, and they are built into the sample so bulk reproduces exactly what you sealed.

Care and composition labelling is regulated in most markets and differs between them. Tell us where you are selling before artwork is finalised.

Sampling

How a sample actually happens

Sampling is where the order is decided. Everything afterwards is an exercise in reproducing it.

Development starts from a tech pack, a reference garment or clear photographs
Fabric swatches are sent physically before anything is cut
Fit samples are laundered before you approve them
Revisions are applied against measurements, not adjectives
The approved sample is sealed and becomes the bulk standard

Approve fit on a washed sample

Cotton shrinks, knits relax, viscose can distort. A sample approved straight off the machine is not the garment your customer receives — which is why we launder fit samples before sending them.

Custom pajama manufacturing — common questions

What is your pajama MOQ?

MOQ depends on the style, fabric and customization involved. Simple styles in stock fabrics can start from a lower minimum, while custom-dyed or custom-woven fabrics raise it. Send us your product requirements and we will confirm the exact MOQ for your project.

How much does a pajama sample cost?

Sample cost depends on the style, fabric and customization (printing, embroidery, special trims). We confirm the exact sample fee per project before sampling starts — share your design through the quote form for a precise figure.

How long does sampling take?

Sampling time depends on style complexity, fabric availability and the number of revision rounds. We confirm a sampling timeline with each sample order and keep you updated through development.

Can I use my own pajama design?

Yes. Send a tech pack, reference sample or reference photos and we handle pattern development, grading and sampling to your design. Your designs stay confidential to your project.

Will my fit sample be washed before I approve it?

Yes — we launder fit samples before sending them. Cotton shrinks, knits relax and viscose can distort, so a sample approved unwashed is not the garment your customer receives. Approving fit on a washed sample removes the most common cause of bulk fit complaints.

Can you source custom fabrics?

Yes. Beyond stock cotton, modal, satin, jersey, flannel and viscose options, we source custom blends, custom-dyed colors and custom prints. Custom-developed fabrics carry higher minimums, which we confirm during quoting.

Can you match Pantone colors?

Yes. For custom-dyed fabrics we produce lab dips against your Pantone reference for approval before bulk dyeing, so the production color matches the approved standard.

Can you make custom labels and packaging?

Yes — woven or printed main labels, size and care labels, hang tags, polybags and custom boxes, produced to your artwork and confirmed together with your pajama sample.

How long does bulk production take?

Production lead time depends on order quantity, fabric lead time and the production schedule in your season. We confirm the delivery timeline in your quotation and update you through the order cycle.

What quality checks happen during production?

Fabric is inspected before cutting, construction is checked in line while the order is running, finished garments are measured against your approved size chart, and a random sample of packed goods is inspected before shipment. Everything is compared against the sealed pre-production sample rather than a written description of it.

Who owns the pattern developed for my product?

Ask us and we will put it in writing before development starts. Pattern ownership is a commercial term rather than a fixed rule, and it is better agreed at the outset than assumed. Your designs, tech packs and reference materials stay confidential to your project either way.
